Free Time, What Am I Going To Do With You?

So my very demanding marketing class ended yesterday and I've only got one more summer class to concentrate on. That means I've got some time on my hands now. I've still got all of those projects I've been meaning to finish or get started to do still, but this time I at least feel like being productive and getting it done. So Dan, I've said this many times before but this time I think I'll REALLY get those drawings done for you. I've got some great images of typewriters now, and that's what was really holding me up in the past. That and being lazy.
For another of my projects I'm planning on putting up another blog, this time it's more of a helpful one instead of the egotistical drivel that I post here. It will detail most of my experiences, the ones I can remember at least, in dealing with Crohn's disease. I'd been thinking about doing it for quite some time. I've got to do a lot of pre-writing though since I've got to recall the past 10 or 11 years. The only part I'm having trouble with is coming up with a title for it. Nothing I've thought of has really struck me as being any good.
I guess I actually finished one of my long-time projects when I finally got around to redoing the format of this blog. Go me! That had been on the list for some time. The only other major thing left is a job. That's been in the works for three years now. I'm such a mooch. At least I've got one measly form of income at the moment.
I've got until August 22, first day of fall classes, to get most of this stuff done. That's about four weeks. If I can't get these things at least close to completion I'm going to have to give myself a swift kick in the ass.
My dad wants to go to the track this weekend. Guess it's better than sitting around here. He says he knows how to pick the winners. If a horse takes a dump before the race, it's a good bet. I guess that makes sense. I know I hate running when I've got to take a crap. I should probably watch Seabiscuit again before I go, see if there are any trainer tips about how to pick a good one. I'll let you know how it all goes.

The trip to the track (check out that illiteration) was delayed to next weekend. More time to learn the tricks of the trade. Or how to dope the horses.

Maybe you should build a boat and go sailing. That or, well, nothing. Do that.
